Heather Ridge Pool Rules

Pool Hours

Pools are open seasonally, every year from Memorial Day Weekend
though Labor Day Weekend

Pools' hours during this time are daily from 9am to 10pm
(Hours may be adjusted slightly on occasion, to accomodate cleaning)

Pool Schedules

In the past, we would rotate pool schedules; one pool would be for adults only one week, the other pool for family time that same week and then the next week the pools would switch. However, we discovered that the Fair Housing Act explicitly prohibits this kind of activity so we had stop the rotation. We understand that many residents liked this rotation, but in compliance with case law and federal statutes, we had to suspend this practice. Thanks for your understanding!!
